Superstitions I Still Believe in as a 25 Year Old Lady

  • If your hand is itchy, money is coming your way! Don’t scratch your hand though or you won’t get money!
  • If your ear rings, someone is talking smack about you.
  • If you’re talking about someone and they show up, they’re not going to die soon.
  • If you don’t want to jinx something you have to knock on wood three times.
  • Cleaning after dark is bad luck.
  • If you sit on the corner of the table, you’ll never get married.
  • If someone sweeps over your feet, you’ll never get married.
  • If you see a dog poop you’ll get a pimple in your eye.
  • If you point at a rainbow you’ll get a pimple on your finger.
  • Placing open scissors in the window will keep the witches away.
  • The groom must NEVER see the bride before the wedding.
  • If you place your bag on the floor you’ll run out of money.
  • Don’t walk under a ladder or you’ll get seven years of bad luck! Same goes for breaking mirrors.
