When is it Time?

When is it ever okay to say I love you? Is it after four months? Is it after someone calls someone their girlfriend/boyfriend? Is it after buying new underwear when you meet them and some time later you get a hole in it? Is it the first time that happens? Because if yes, It has been five months. If yes, he has not called me his girlfriend. If yes, no I don’t have a hole in them yet I just take good care of the things I have. Anyway, I think I’m in love with him.

I’m from Colorado originally, but I’d love to move to other places because home should be the place you love, not the only place you know.
